Service Description

Piepow is a platform that connects clients with companions for social activities, events, and experiences. Our service facilitates professional companionship for activities such as dinners, parties, travel, and other social events.

User Responsibilities

For All Users

• Must be 18 years or older to use the service
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain respectful and professional behavior
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any violations or safety concerns immediately

For Companions

• Complete identity verification including government ID and SSN
• Maintain professional standards during all sessions
• Arrive punctually and honor confirmed bookings
• Use GPS tracking during active sessions for safety
• Communicate any changes or issues promptly

For Clients

• Treat companions with respect and professionalism
• Pay for services as agreed upon
• Follow the companion's boundaries and guidelines
• Provide accurate booking information

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Funds are held in escrow until both parties confirm session completion
• Piepow charges a service fee for facilitating connections
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Disputes will be resolved through our mediation process

Safety and Security

Safety is our top priority. We implement the following measures:

• Mandatory identity verification for all companions
• Real-time GPS tracking during active sessions
• Emergency button functionality in the app
• 24/7 customer support for safety issues
• Background checks and ongoing monitoring

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Sexual services or escort services of any kind
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violation of local, state, or federal laws
• Sharing personal contact information to circumvent the platform
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others

Limitation of Liability

Piepow acts as a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the actions of individual users. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided and are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or as a result of using our service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.
